I’ve been coming to H&S for many years now, most often for massage therapy. I have found their therapists well trained and professional, and Sean was no exception. He has a great table-side manner, had looked over my chart ahead of time, and made sure to check in with me about pressure, any special areas of concern, and the comfort of the room, lighting, temperature, etc. before we started. He gave a wonderful massage and I left feeling much less tension in my neck and shoulders, which were my focus areas. Immediately following my massage with Sean, I had the great opportunity to have a facial with Yaniah. Again, very attentive to my concerns (I had recently had a peel and I needed something gentle and moisturizing) and she was careful to work with this and provided a relaxing facial with gentle products; I left feeling like I got just what I needed! I added a scalp massage and a hand treatment; I would rate those as just so-so for the price. All in all, it was a relaxing and wonderful two hours of me time! I am a member at H& S, so I pay about $79 per service, which is a little below the average for the area, and well worth the price. The ad-on’s seemed a bit pricey for what I got, so I might not do that again, but all in all, I left very happy! I’m not sure if my H& S offers some of the other services (nails, lashes, etc.,) but I would certainly try them!
